Erich Cushey
-- Erich, along with his wife Tina, bought Curtis Pharmacy in Claysville in June 2006. They opened Curtis Pharmacy in Washington in May 2007. Erich has been a pharmacist in and around Washington, working 11 years for Giant Eagle after his graduation from Pitt in 1994 and later Curtis Pharmacy, The Washington Pharmacy, and Curtis LTC. He has experience in both community pharmacy as well as alternate care pharmacy services.

Tina Cushey
-- Tina Cushey graduated from Duquesne with her Doctorate in Pharmacy in May 2002. She has experience in both retail and long term care pharmacy,first at Giant Eagle and later Curtis LTC. Her specialty is compounding and natural hormone replacement, which she has had extensive training throughout her career. She is also licensed to administer vaccinations. Tina, Erich, and their 3 children reside in Hickory, where they are active members of Venice Presbyterian Church.

Michelle Swarrow, PharmD
-- Michelle received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in 2004. She started her career with CVS pharmacy in Hagerstown, MD. She returned to Pennsylvania to work as a Long Term Care Pharmacist for RX-Partners in Bridgeville. In 2007, she began working for Curtis Pharmacy. Michelle is also licensed to administer immunizations. She now resides in Houston, PA with her husband, Brandon, and daughter, Emily.
